<p>Hi.</p>
<p>I live in New York, and I go to a pretty big high school in Long Island. I came from Korea about 6 years ago, and I am currently a junior right now. I just want some heads up and what to improve, so here are my stats:</p>

High School: Public
Low income
Will apply for financial aid: Yes
First Generation Student</p>
<p>Academics:
UW GPA: 4.24 (4.5 is A+ in our school)
Weighted GPA: 4.64</p>
<p>I am only taking 2 APs because of my screwed up schedule (AP US and AP Comp Sci AB). Got 3 on AP Euro. I will prob take 6 more during my senior year (Calc BC, Macro/micro eco, English Lang, Chem, Stat, Psych).</p>
<p>All honor classes except Spanish because I started late.</p>
<p>PSAT (2007): 64 CR 80 M 73 W
SAT: Im thinking about 2100-2250. I've consistently gotten at least 2100 on practice tests using score 4 essay.
SAT II: 720 Bio (9th grade), 730 Chem (10th), 790 Korean (11th), 800 IIC (11th)</p>
<p>Extra-Cs:
Work at public library
150+ hours of volunteer (prob at leat 300+ at the end of summer)
2 years of Lacrosse (played varsity at 10th grade and will play next two years in varsity)
3 years of Football (2 JV, 1V)
2 years Vice Pres in Future Business leaders of America (we made our own monopoly game using stores located in our town. I was head designer and the proceed go to doctors without borders)
3 years of National Science Honors Society
1 year of Letter club as treasurer (we do fundraisers)
2nd place in Al Kalfus Long Island Math Fair (10th)
3rd place in NEW YORK STATE SCIENCE and ENGINEERING FAIR (10th)</p>
<p>I will enter Intel and Siemens Competition next year.</p>
