My chances for California schools?

I'm really unsure of my chances for many universities, specifically cal poly Pomona, UCI, UCD, and UCSB. What worries me is my GPA, unfortunately I averaged around a 3.0 during my first two years. Last year (my junior year) i managed a 4.5. I'm also a non-Asian minority, if that helps any.

UCI, UCD, and UCSB - high match (because of GPA)
Cal Poly Pomona - low match

We don’t have affirmative action here at the UC’s. Your GPA will hurt you. You may want to try Riverside and Merced.

Oh, are you a california resident? If you are OOS, you may be accepted but you will pay full cost. 55K

No, I live in California. Thanks for the replies.

oh, alright , so should I even bother applying to the mid-tier UC’s?

Yes, go for it. It is just one application, and it’s worth one time fees.
