My chances for Fall of '11

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I’m going to be a HS junior in September of 2009. I have been looking at colleges for a few months now, and have become very very interested in BU. I intend to major in psychology, minor in sociology. At the end of my sophomore year, I had a GPA above a 4.0. Freshman year I took an honors class, sophomore year I took three honors classes, next year (junior year) I’ll be in AP English, honors Chemistry, Honors World history/geography, and algebra II. Senior year I will be taking a different AP English course, and I hope to take AP Government. I also plan on taking a psychology class senior year. I’ve taken two years of Spanish. </p>

<p>I am not yet of age to get a job, but plan on doing so at the end of this summer. I plan to volunteer at the Y, and at my church. I should be in the NHS Senior year. </p>

<p>I go to a vocational High School, and I’m in the Cosmetology program. (every other week, instead of academic classes we have shop.)</p>

<p>What do you think my chances of getting accepted would be. I’m very interested in BU!</p>

<p>without a Junior year GPA estimate, AP scores, SAT (I and II) Scores, ACT scores, and no extra-curriculars (as of now)…its way to early to judge. By next summer, you’ll have a much clearer picture.</p>
