I just completed my Junior year in high school, and I really want to go to NYU. I'm just worried that my gpa will destroy any chances that I have.

GPA: unweighted: 3.4
weighted: 3.8
For the most part I have all A's and B's and 2 C's but I also have a D in Algebra II honors from my sophomore year. I have tried everything to retake the class, but my school doesn't allow students to retake classes unless they have received an F. I have taken all AP and honors classes.

SAT: highest score is 2090 - retaking it one last time in October
ACT: aiming for 30 or higher

SAT subject test: Biology- 730

Senior year classes:
AP English
AP government/ economics
AP chemistry
AP physics

I'm cutting down my extracurriculars so I can focus on doing really well my senior year.
