My chances for Texas A&M and UT Austin?

Hi y’all! I’ll be applying to A&M COMPUTER SCIENCE and UT COMPUTER SCIENCE this year as an international student (though I’ve stayed in Texas for 3 years which qualifies me for in-state tuition). My base resume is down below and it includes all the information for you to chance me, I believe. Also, it’d be very helpful if someone who’s currently in one of these schools could reply. Thank you very much!

Class rank: 314/710 (the thing that’s going to hurt me the most)

Achievements:

Developed and Published an app that performs statistical tests and published on Play Store (using Java).

Built a Hydraulic Hand
Made a hydraulic hand which could lift objects and move in it’s hand radius.

Built an autonomous robot
Robot (that moves towards a destination on its own) built from scratch. Used C# to code.

Canstruction: Grade 11

That means you apply as a domestic, not international student (as long as you have a qualifying visa).

Unless you get your SAT up by 100 points, I would say it is highly unlikely for you to get into UT (because they really emphasize class rank).

I would say that you have decent chances for A&M (what is your math subscore?).

Computer science at both schools are highly sought after at both schools. Your rank is going to kill your chances at both schools in my opinion. Chances are you will be offered the CAP program at UT. You will likely be offered Blinn Team at A&M. Best of luck to you.

I got 760 on Math, 670 on English, and I’ll be taking the October Sat too so hopefully the scores go up by 50 at least.

I thinl you will be fine at TAMU not UT thoigh.

I think you will be fine at TAMU not UT though.
