My chances for Transferring to Depaul/UIUC?

Hi

I am currently at a cc in the suburb..
I took a year and half off after High school due to personal issues. And I came back this year spring of 2014.
Took 2 classes in spring, microecon, english 101, I was working too at this point, but managed to get As.
During summer of 2014 I took pre-calc (my math skills were diminished since I took almost 2 years off) and speech. Again got 2 as....

I am taking 5 classes right now. Cal 1, macroecon, honors psy, english102,acc153 (financial). I got 3 As and 2 Bs I might get 1b if my teacher rounds up.

Not sure if she would do that. Anyways my overall gpa would be around 3.75 and im taking 1 winter class, ethics which would be A easily.

I would have 35 credit hours and im taking 17 credit hours in spring...

Hoping to transfer as a junior in fall...? Could I make it? What are my chances?

Spring classes=calc 2, logic, mangerial accounting, asian humanities, business 101

I am sure I can do good in spring also...5 As if not 1B, but if I apply now Of course my winter grades wont rly matter...when they are checking my transcript in spring cuz they won't see it at that momemt

I want to know if I can get into DePaul or UIUC with 3.8 GPA, I been taking the correct classes for the business.
All the classes do transfer and both of them focuses on student GPA when admitting for transfer...

Any inputs? I am hearing some people getting rejected from DePaul and uiuc with 3.9~4.0 GPA --, which is kinda scary.
On the other hand, I have people who have 3.0 who got into both --....

I have been looking at other universities such as UIC, UM also, but they just don’t captivate my attention…

DePaul and UIC no issue. UIUC very good chance. Know a kid who got into UIUC from College of DuPage with a 3.8. UIUC readily admits from junior colleges. I was surprised how many colleges accept junior college transfers.

Thanks… I just have to apply and find out I guess.
