my chances for UCs and UIUC?

<p>I'm an international student and is interested in physics. What are my chances of getting into UCs (berkeley, LA, santa barbara, davis, san diego, irvine) and UIUC?
And if I want to apply for the safety schools, are michigan state and iowa state good for me (in terms of acceptance chance and their physics programs)</p>

<p>sat score: I expect to get at least 2000 (maybe close 2100 if I perform well in Oct)
sat subject tests: let's say I get 800 for both phy and math II
school rank: top 15% in the whole form
I participated in the 2013 APHO, and was the executive committee member of two school clubs and senior editor for the school magazine.</p>

And why does paying full-freight matter (even international students have to pay the full out-of state tuition anyway)?</p>
