<p>hi there! my names Amanda and im new to this, but i really want to go to UT and I am unsure of my chances.
GPA- 3.9 (on 5.0 scale I have taken alot of AP classes)
LARGE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL in TEXAS
Class Rank- 186 out of 800 kids (I am in top half of my class, but will prob be in top 25% by mid-year)
ACT- 27
I am President of SAAD, in national honors society, been to 2 summer leadership conferences, played soccer for 2 yrs for school and club, 1 year of yearbook, worked as a lifeguard for 2 yrs, lots of community service and extracurriculars and have been in drama all 4 years and have about 4 or 5 plays and 1 musical on my resume.
Do you think I have a good chance at being admitted??? (i dont care if its summer ill take it!!)</p>
<p>I think you have a pretty decent chance, although I'd help to know around what your GPA is out of 4. Being in state really helps, good luck though.</p>
