My chances for University?

Hello, I'm a student in Korea and I'm very much interested in attending a university in the US.
So, here is my overall profile:

Test Scores:
SAT: 2300 CR800 Math720 Writing780
ACT: 34
SATII: WH: 730 MathII: 800
AP: WH: 5 Psychology: 5 Microeconomics: 5 Macroeconomics: 4 CompSci: 2
TOEFL: 107

GPA: 3.75~3.8 (top quarter)

EC:
School orchestra 2 years+ middle school band (Clarinet)
MUN(2years)
School newspaper(1year) editor and reporter
Letter translation (Sponsor-> children in 3rd world countries) (2years)

+about 10 2~4place in several contests of english, debate, philosophy,etc..

Intended majors:
biochem
biomedical engineering
forensic pathology

So my goal is to study medicine and become a medical doctor in the US. I know that my EC is rather weak, but I'm a senior, so I can't help that. I am planning to take AP Calculus, Chemistry and Biology this year. My GPA is probably 3.8. I think I can write an okay college common app essay. not terrific tho. I can get an okay recommendation as well. Also, I am not crazy enough to ask for a financial support.

I have been looking into several universities with my majors(tho it's not a necessity) and a good diverse with at least some asian population:

safe:
uc riverside
umass amherst
usc
difficult:
boston
nyu
ucla
uiuc
u of michigan
university of rochester
target:
johns hopkins

and some others:
ivies
UCs
stanford
emory
northwestern
rice

I was wondering, do I have my college list correct? I'm not really sure if I set it realistically. Also, what are some of my chances for the colleges on my list? what of the other ones I looked into? Are there any recommendations for me?

Lastly, I've heard of a ba bs md program for international students, but I also heard that most schools don't have it or it's extremely difficult. Do I have a chance at some of these universities with the ba bs md program?
BTW, I might get my greencard soon, but i don't know if i will be applying for college after i go to america or before.

Thanks beforehand for answering my questions. I have had no one to help me on this.
