My Chances for UT Austin: Cockrell School of Engineering

What are my Chances of getting into UT Austin for undergrad(CS Major)?
Also I'm applying as an US undergrad student because of my citizenship, even though I'm studying in India right now.

SAT Score:2100-760 Math-700 CR-640-Writing
SAT Subjects-720(Math 2)780(Physics)[Pretty Bad]
Class Rank:-top 5% out of 600(Pretty big/famous school)
Percentage in school-87%

ECs-
School's Quiz Team/Club Captain.(Won loads of prizes at the regional and city level)
Bronze and Silver levels in the Duke Of Edinburgh's Award.
Played piano for 6 years and have a Grade-6 Certificate from Trinity Guildhall.(Played for the School's band for a while)
Represented my school In several MUN's and won prizes in them.
Represented my school in several Elocution competitions and won a few.

Anybody???

Cockrell is pretty rank-heavy (as would UT Austin as a whole) but, unless Cockrell considers Indian GPAs differently from American ones, this is your weak spot. A 87% average in school is a 3.6 in my mind. But, if that sort of average nets a top-5% rank, it’s perhaps a good thing, too.

I’d say a match at this stage even if your SAT score (1460 on the 1600 scale; Cockrell operates on the 1600 scale) is a little above the average.
