My Chances for UVA?!?!?!?!

Well, anyways, I'm a junior...here goes nothing.....

GPA
-UW: ~3.5 now, projected end of term ~3.57
-W (1pt for honors/AP): ~3.83, projected end of term 3.9ish
-I got a couple C's. But other than that, mostly As and Bs.

Courseload:
-Freshman: 2 honors classes (math/french)
-Sophomore: 2 honors classes (math/french)
-Junior: 2 AP (USH, French), 1 honors (math-dropped after serious struggle)
-Senior: 4 or 5 AP (projected)

SATI
-high 2000's to mid 2100's (2070-2160)
-got 216/99%ile on PSAT (I don't know if I've been commended)

SATII
-Bio/E: 630
-USH: ~780 (projected)
-French: ~730 (projected)
-Math II: ~750 (projected)

AP
-USH: 4 or 5 (projected)
-French Lang: 3 (projected)
-Maybe English
-Econ
-Euro
-Enviro
-Calc AB

Extracurriculars
-2/3 clubs
-Logistical Director for Symposium
-Executive Committee for Symposium
-~120 assorted volunteer hours

Other considerations
-Recommendations: should be great/excellent
-Essays: No reason for turning in a mediocre one...great/excellent
-I live in CA if that matters...
-Competitive-ish high school in CA
-Top15 school placement rate: ~15%

You don't have a particularly good chance. Even as an instate applicant, you'd have a tough time getting in with your GPA and outside of the top 10%. Stranger things have happened, though...

ur gpa seems kinda low so get straight As from now.
and u got 216 on ur psats so sats should be higher.
get 2200+

the C's are gonna kill you, but there's nothing you can do except keep the grades up (waayyy up) and take a heavy senior year course load.
i got in with similar SAT's...but do something extra. a music/art supplement would be a fantastic addition to your application, if you have that opportunity. good luck with the national merit contest and with your admissions!
