<p>I'm an international student thinking of applying for a transfer to UIUC, UMich and Austin for the Fall 2010 semester. This is kind of early but I'd just like to know where I stand. </p>
<p>I've finished my First year of Engineering from BITS Pialni and have a GPA of 3.2 after the first two semesters. I have a TOEFL score of 113. </p>
<p>Academics-wise, is that enough? </p>
<p>I do have letters of recommendation from my professors and some from a few places I've done an internship in. </p>
