I am just another paranoid kid, who really wants to know if he has a chance of getting into UT. In particular their education school. I am a high school senior at a very good academic school in Texas. I am involved in 4 different clubs in my high school, no leadership positions. I am Assistant Capitan on my school's Ice Hockey team, I devote about 8 hours per week to hockey. I also have an after school job, where I am an Assistant Manager. I spend around 20 hours per week at work. I do not do a lot of community service, only around 15 hours per year. I have also job shadowed at 2 different locations. I have taken 5 AP courses, in which I have gotten mostly A's, and am in Spanish 5 (I am in Spanish National Honor Society.) I will also graduate with 12 guaranteed college hours, which I completed in a Duel Credit program. My GPA is a 3.7 unweighted and a 4.95 weighted. What hurts me is my test scores. I know UT only takes your highest test score and does not super-score, but the highest SAT score I received was a 1700 (I got a 10 on the written essay.) I wrote 3 phenomenal essays and hope I will receive admission through my well roundedness as a person.

I need all the feedback I can get :)!
