<p>I've always dreamed of going to NYU and not because it's centered in a beautiful city. I always felt like I would just fit there. Now that I've done more research because it's also getting close for me to apply to colleges and all that jazz, I feel very confident in that NYU is the right school for me. I have a 3.85 UW gpa and a 4.2 W. I've always had the occasional C and B on a semester but it was always in my one AP class I shouldn't have taken in the first place but maintained taking all honors classes and passing. I also have the qualifications for the scholarship they're offering to pay for all of the tuition (need of financial aid, first one in family to go to college, and a good academics) I want to go study business and get a BA in theatre. I haven't taken the SAT or ACT yet but every practice I've taken I've gotten a 30 on the ACT and a 1470 on the SAT. I just don't want to waste my time.</p>
<p>My bad grades was due to my laziness not my inability to keep up or comprehend. This coming year I am definitely going to try and have straight A's (I will be taking AP language and AP psychology, physics honors, acting 6, American history honors, and pre calc honors) I know I am capable of doing good as long as I do not slack off.</p>
