My chances of being an FIU transfer to Ivy...?

Sorry, I wasn't sure if this post should go in this thread or in the transfers one, so I just picked one :/ lol

Alright, I was accepted into the University of South Florida, Florida International University, and the University of Alabama. I've always wanted to go to UA, but because I do live in Florida, out-of-state tuition is just not something I can afford. Between USF and FIU, I'm leaning towards going to FIU. I toured both campuses, and just really fell in-live with FIU. I know the college is a 4-tier school and not really nationally recognized. My major is undecided currently, but I'm leaning towards either chemical engineering or business management. Anyways, I've grown up a "gator girl" (UF!) and have always had my sights set on transferring there after two years at wherever I decide to attend (FIU/USF). But after reading other peoples' success stories of transferring into very prestigious universities, I was wondering what you think my chances are of transferring into any of the following universities:
Stanford (my ultimate goal)
Brown
Cornell
Yale
and even
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
University of Florida
University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill
Duke University

Okay, here are my HS Stats:
2.9 unweighted, 3.2 weighted (different issues interfered)
1290/1600 SAT and 1950/2400
28 ACT

Will my HS GPA be given much weight? What do you think I need to crank out in college to be given a shot at those universities? What are my chances at each? And will receiving say a 4.0 at FIU be detrimental because its not a well known/acknowledged university as opposed to getting a 4.0 at Florida State (for example)?

BTW, I apologize in advance if I did this wrong or anything. I'm new here. Sorry!

bump. anyone?
did I post on the wrong section? :/

I think you have low chances at the Ivies.

You should probably focus on doing well and transferring to UF.
