sir please tell me my chances I am from India and want to apply for engineering at cornell. I scored 9.6/10 in my class 10 and 64% in my class 11 and may be I will get 75% in my class 12. My ACT score is 35 and I am national level winner of science exihibition, district level winner of mental math and captain of math lab.School champion of relay race and race,completed a course from nptel(site running by mhrd and IIT professors teach) site etc. I want to apply as early decision.
Please elaborate what these values are for.
