my chances of getting in ED?

Hi everyone!
i'm completely new to cc but i would like some honest opinions about my current "resume" for ed to columbia
i'm incoming senior so i took the sats twice first time 2130: math: 710, writing 730 and rc:690
my second time was only 2030, each category lower except writing with 790 and i understand columbia takes highest score so right now i would onyl have 2190 which is on the lower scale. i'm planning to take it one last time in october
my sat IIs were in bio and us history with scores 650 and 720 so i'm going to take subject tests in november

freshman year i took journalism, english honors, geometry, biology spanish, and pe and got all As
sophomore year i took english 2 h, alg2/trig, chem honors, spanish 2, dance, ap euro and straight As
junior year was not so good: english 3H, math analysis/calc, ap bio, apush, spanish 3,art, and got Bs and As
senior schedule will be only 5 classes since they can't fit in ap stats unless i take zero. ap rhet, ap econ, yearbook, spanish 4 ap psych
so my gpa unweighted is at 3.8, our school only has 4.0s (super competitive too, think 80 percent asians)
psat national merit semi, won't know finalist until later

i have been in a reading and tutoring club called kids to kids ever since freshman and rose up to president after being treasurer and vp. its a club of only about 35 member but i dedicate to it a lot and it means very much to me
a friend and i also founded the club LEASH for animal shelters and volunteer club where we rescue dogs, mostly beagles, from puppy mills and donate supplies
volunteer for community graffitti removal
and occasional member of key club
i was a staff writer in journalism and interned over the summer for an interior designer(i got paid some spending money)
i also get paid for helping host bridal showers and parties, don't know what my official job title would be though....
no sports though
i plan to major in econ or in the business field
also do you thinkg taking/not taking ap stats would affect my majoring in econ?

bump bump bump
