My chances of getting in?

<p>I applied RD, and I know the chances of Fall 2011 are even lower, but please, chance me, if you would?</p>

<p>Also: I've been rejected from Columbia (hah, no surprise), and accepted to NYU.</p>

<p>Asian, Female, from MD. A handful of my friends got into UMD: CP with honors, though one of my friends got admitted to Spring semester, even though his stats are above average, so now I'm really anxious.</p>

<p>Academics:
Unweighted GPA - 3.7
Weighted GPA - 4.5
SAT Total - 2010; Writing - 770, CR - 630, Math - 610
SAT w/o Writing - 1240 (pretty bad... why won't they look at Writing, goddamnit!)</p>

- IB Theory of Knowledge

- Editor-in-chief of school's Art & Literary Magazine
- Vice President of National Art Honor Society (main project was painting a large mural in front of our school)
- Treasurer, Senator, and active member of Student Government
- Culture Club, International Club, Photography Club
- Tutor for autistic students in Reading every day
- Tutor for 3rd & 4th graders in Math two times a week
- Won student art scholarship to take oil painting courses at local art studio with a teacher from MICA
- Had a part-time job for two years</p>

<p>Other:
- I skipped the 7th grade, so I'd be going into university at 16.
- IB Coordinator and Guidance Counselor wrote me ace recommendations.
- Essays, I think, are good.</p>
