This is just a brief summary of me, please give an honest answer of whether I have a chance at BU or NU. Also, if I am from a top school in California, will that help at all?

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

hey wesley,
i’m sure you’ll get into boston university and northeastern. your sat’s are above the average scores. and you’ve got enough ec for the two colleges.

looks good, but what about SAT II’s? i believe boston u requires those as well

My son was accepted to both with very similar stats, and with some scholarship money. However, he didn’t get enough financial aid to even consider either attending school.

I don’t think BU requires SATII’s, do they? Those are great stats. Lower GPA prob reflective of the 6 AP courses and the rigorous school.

30 ACT is a great score, makes up for a little bit lower GPA

Oh my god you are so smart like I seriously wish I was as smart as you.

Thank you for the responses! :)

I’m in the same boat bud! I have a 3.26 GPA, slightly lower SAT scores, only a couple of honors classes (mostly in foreign language) and am coming from the total opposite coast. New Jersey here, haha. Boston University does require two subject SAT’s (depending on which major you decide to apply under, they could be in any subject) You should be totally fine!
