before i post up my chances of getting into the colleges i list, let me just say that i am just doing this out of curiosity and i really wont be offended if people say my chances are low because going to an amazing college is not all that i have lived for and i am actually a normal human being that likes to be happy and not study like crazy 24 hrs a day.
ok soooo i dont have a big list of ivy leagues or anything because i dont have the strongest transcript, actually mine has a few deep dips in the road.
But it would be nice to see if i could get into Columbia, Brown, Rice, and Carnegie Mellon.

<p>So for my transcript</p>
<p>I have an overall GPA of a 4.2</p>
<p>However my junior year i got a D in precal.... yeah FML right?! haha well i made it up through online courses with an A but stilllll thats pretty bad.
I suck at math a lot so i really focus on my strengths which is writing and im also a good public speaker.</p>
<p>Other activities im involved in:
Freshman Secretary,
Sophomore President,
Junior President, and
ASB vice president
National Honors Society President
Secretary of the Brea Historical Museum ( my city's museum)
California Scholarship Federation member</p>
<p>Sports i do are tennis, track, and cross country</p>
<p>Outside of school I am a teacher at my church and a part of the praise band</p>
<p>I have done over 200 hours of community service as well.</p>
<p>I have great letter of recs from very good teachers so hopefully that helps too!</p>
<p>I know for a fact my essay is or will be good when i apply because writing is my strength and i will show that.</p>
<p>I also have a low income ranging from 30,000-40,000 at most.</p>
<p>sooo im sorry for this long ugly list of all these things but im trying to give as much information.</p>
<p>I very much want to get into public communications and broadcasting or international affairs.</p>
