My chances of getting into rice

I really messed up my freshman year of highschool and ended up with a 2.95 unweighted GPA. I had virtually perfect grades my sophomore year and am currently in my junior year, how will this affect my chances at Rice? I don't know how to calculate my GPA with my sophomore grades because I took extra courses to increase my GPA.

This is my courseload
(9th grade
H Orchestra
H Biology
H World Geography
H Algebra II/ Pre-Cal A(My school offers an 80 minute math class where you take all of algebra II and half of pre-cal then the next year you take pre-cal B and Calc A, the junior Calc BC)
H English II
Aerobics 1 semester / AP Psychology 2nd semester

Latin II

10th grade
AP Biology
AP Computer Science
Pre-Cal B/ AP Calc A
H Chemistry
AP World History
H Latin III
H Orchestra(before school during 0 period)

H English III

10th grade summer( Modern Physics/Quantum Mechanics

5s on AP Psychology,AP Comp Sci,AP Biology and AP World History Exam

11th grade current course load
AP Chemistry
AP Physics AB
AP Physics C: Mechanics and AP Physics C E:M
AP English IV
AP Calculus BC
AP Latin IV

AP U.S. History

11th grade summer course that im going to take (Multivariable/Vector Calculus)

I'm also taking all AP my senior year and planning on taking all the AP tests for them.

Lets assume I make 5s on all my AP Exams and continue to have a 4.0 GPA junior year.(Like I said I don't know how to calculate my sophomore year into my freshman because I took 9 classes instead of 7 basically since my district counts the summer courses) If someone could calculate my projected GPA that would be great. What do you think my chances of getting into rice are if I have all 5s on the AP Exams that I just mentioned along with a perfect GPA my sophomore and junior year. I'm really trying to make it up by taking those extra courses. My PSAT score is 238 and my SAT score is 2310. I'm a national merit finalist.
I participate in the UIL team at my school and have placed top 3 in the state for quite a few competitions in the past two years. I have about 400 hours of community service with habitat for humanity and key club. I'm president of JSA at my school. I've participated in a sister cities program and have spent about a month of my summer in germany and japan for an exchange. Along with the summer courses, I participated in a one year research program on astrophysics with a professor at a local university.
What do you guys think my chances of getting into rice are? Is it bad that I quit orchestra halfway through highschool? The teacher was really horrible and she gave me a bad grade because I couldn't come to a concert because I was in the hospital. She gave me a 0 for the concert which is a test grade and I ended up with a 70 in the class and this was during freshman year, I had a 100 during my sophomore year but I quit because the teacher is extremely awful. My other grades in freshman year were all Bs except an A+ in latin and aerobics and a 70 in AP Psychology(good teacher but extremely hard, only 2 people had As in the class in the school, her tests were harder than an AP Exam which explains my 5).
I really want to go to rice but I don't know if that freshman year will ruin my chances. Is there anything else I can do raise my chances? I will probably graduate with about 19-20 AP Exams taken with most likely 5s on all of them.

A rigorous course load all right. But I’ll tell you this much: Rice is never a safety to anyone. If you stand any chance whatsoever for Rice, you stand a chance for any Ivy League school as well.

That said, even with an upward trend, I’d put Rice as a reach.
