My chances of getting into "SKY" (Seoul National, Yonsei, Korea University)

Hi I am currently an American senior hoping to study in Korea for college.

I don’t have the greatest grades: 3.32 GPA unweighted 3.92 weighted
I have gotten a 29 on the ACT. I have switched high school and I used to do the IB program before I switched.
I received a scholarship from the US department of State to study in Korea last summer for 6 weeks. Thats the only time I have really learned Korean… so I’m pretty much an absolute beginner.

I have a lot of extracurriculars:
Captain of Debate: 10-11th
Founder and Captain of Ultimate Frisbee: 9-11th
Captain of Tennis: 10th
National Honors Society: 11-12th
200+ hours of community service at a non profit
Worked 40 hours a week between two jobs (non profit and grocery store)

My biological mother is also korean but I have never met her and I am not a korean citizen.

I also can get a letter of reccommendation from a director a Korean studies department.
Sorry about the poor writing but any help would be great!!

Short Answer: low.

Long answer: You will have very difficult time if you don’t know Korean. Colleges in Korea are much more rigorous than American schools in general. Why do you want to go back to Korea if you are not even a citizen?

If I get accepted I would have to take classes at their language institute at their Incheon international campus before taking actual classes, which I am okay with.
