You need to get that SAT and/or ACT way up. I mean like 500 points for the SAT. Get a prep book now (use the blue book, Gruber’s for math, direct hits for vocab, “how to write a killer SAT essay in 25 minutes” for the essay) and devote an hour daily to sat prep. Then retake in march, may, or June. Whenever your practice tests are showing higher scores. Oh and if you know music theory really well, consider taking the music theory AP test this spring.

If you can afford it, I would recommend a powers ore SAT weekend course. It’s two straight days of prep and I found that it really helped me.

Other than your SAT/ACT scores, everything looks good. The only thing is that you should take 1-2 more subject tests to make you en even better applicant, especially since if you’re Chinese, the SAT2 won’t look as good if you were raised speaking fluent Chinese.

Oh and if you want to do art make sure you have any required supplements ready. I know those take a while so you should be thinking about it.

But your grades and ECs look really good, just get those scores up!

*powerscore weekend course, not power ore

Work on your SAT scores and you should be good.

agreed with @leah; you gotta get those SAT scores up. at this point, you’re on par for UCM. your GPA is good, just keep on doing what you’re doing.

not really related, but as soon as i saw ur name, i thought AIME, and wondered why someone who got into aime would worry about UCs.

anyway, you have to raise your SAT score, but you will be fine as you are.

are you cute?

allrighttt…always the SAT huh. thank you guys (:
@ piSquaredOver6 : no im not cute. Im really uglyyyy

well they look at that. just a warning. trolololol
