My chances of getting into UT Austin?

My junior year is is slowly coming to an end and I am having a little bit of doubt about my admission into my desired school. This junior year, I have made major serious improvements; I just hope that it is enough this year, as well as my senior year, to push me higher. I am really wanting to head into UT, or A&M the fall after my graduation of my senior year. My current GPA is a 3.34 and ranked 56. From last semester to this semester, I rose 13 spots. I got super stoked when I found out, especially the fact that the counselor told me that my class' GPAs are literally like very very small margins apart. My class size is around 326-360 I believe. I am vice presidents of FCCLA, Spanish Club, and InterAct as well as voluntarily helping at the Special Olympics that is held each year in my home town. I organized a fundraiser for both my Spanish club and FCCLA, and I am going to a youth leadership called RYLA for InterAct in a few days. Of course there are other small things but I figured this would be enough to just highlight a little of what I do. I recently took my SAT but I felt as it was not so bad. I would say I made a 1700 on the SAT. My score comes in 10 days but I just cannot help it, I need feedback!
I am of asian descent and I have heard things that people of caucasian background get into UT more easily, as well as non caucasians getting into UT more easily, so I am not sure what to believe; I do not agree with that method since both is a form of discrimination. Also I am taking taking dual credit which I am doing extremely well in. I plan to fill this upcoming summer with loads of dual credit (Blinn) to boost my GPA as well as get me a head start for senior year for AP calculus. (The precalculus teacher at my high school is not the greatest). I may have left out a few important or even minor things that would help you guys out with some feedback. Please leave any feedback that you would feel free to share; whether it be advice, negativity, support; I am all ears.

**This may be confusing to read since I put this together at different times and had different thoughts throughout.

UT-Austin: High match (holistic review is very competitive)
TAMU: Match

The SAT score seems to be a bit of a problem but all the other stats seem to be on the mark .

What would be the ideal SAT score?

29 on the ACT should be a better score…
