My Chances of UPENN ED HELP!!

I applied for Upenn ED this year, 2012, and was wondering what are my chances of getting in. I am slightly freaking out, because I heard that they recieved a record high number of applicants for Early Decision this year.

Grades

GPA: unweighted 94.27---3.77 on a 4.0 scale
weighted 96.51-----3.86 on a 4.0 scale

SAT
Took it twice, first time 750 math 650 reading and 760 writing (total 2160)
second time 780 math, 680 reading and 730 writing (total 2190)
Score choice Score : 2220 (unfortunatly I head UPenn does not do score choice, so this doesn't really matter)

SAT II
800 Math II
780 Bio
760 Chem (I also have 760 math I and 700 US history, but I didn't submit those, becuase I heard Penn will only look at 2,3 max)

AP classes througout high school(including senior year) and score on AP exam(I didn't send in any of them though)

AP World-----4
AP English Lang---4
AP US History---4
AP Biology---5
The rest of these AP classes I still have to take the AP exams for, since they're my senior year classes
AP English lit
AP Macroeconomics
AP Calc-BC
AP Statistics
AP Chemistry

In addition to these, I have been doing math and science research, 4 years of math, 3 years of science

E.C.
Active member of 5 clubs, hold leadership position in 3, president of one(SADD) and P.R. officer of 2 others( Gay-Straight Alliance and Spanish Club) and was one of the founding memebers of Gay-Straight Alliance)

-Tutor kids, in high school, in biology, chem. and general SAT

-Volunteer--in a nutshell, over 500 hrs, with places like Soup kitchens, hospitals, my church(I tutor inner city youth) etc.

-Attended National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine during 2011 summer, and the Hofstra Summer Science Resarch Program in 2012 summer, where I did Laboratory research under a bio professor.

-I am, as previously stated, leadership in 3 clubs, in addition to being a youth group leader at my church, and principle tenor sax player in my two concert band ensembles that I'm in

Awards/Honors
various awards, I'll list the most important

-2012 Siemens Regional Seminfinalist( for my work bio lab reseach during the 2012 summer)
-Long Island Math Fair-silver and bronze medal(separate years)
-Long Island Sciecne Congress-honerable mention and highest honors(separate years)

-and a few awards that arent noticeable

-I recently took up boxing over the past few months,I don't know how that's applicable, but my interviewer really liked that when I mentioned this detail

Also, My race is Black/Carribean, apparently this makes a big difference

If you could evaluate me, and feel free to be brutally honest, on my chances that would be perfect.

-I applied to the college of arts and science of UPenn, not the wharton prgoram

I would give you a pretty good chance for U Penn. Despite your slightly low GPA, you make up for it with your EC’s and SAT’s. U Penn is a hard school to get into so you are not a definite; but if I were an admission ‘counselor’ or what not at U Penn, I would accept you.

Isn’t anything above a 95 a 4.0? Answer back. As for the chances, you got a solid shot. SATs are average but fantastic ECs and because your black. Yeah, it helps.

To get gpa, u multiply your 100 point gpa by 4, and then divide it by 100. Thus my gpa on a 4.0 scale is calculated this way. Does this help or hurt my chances?
