My chances? Opinions very appreciated!

<p>Please just give me your thoughts on my chances, and maybe some other schools I should look at? THANK YOU!</p>

Race: Asian (Chinese)
Intended Major: Undecided
High School: Public, good school. I live in a small suburban town in NJ; Somerset County.</p>

<p>GPA: Unweighted, around a 90; Weighted, around a 95 (my school doesn't use a 4-point scale). I don't have the definite numbers.</p>

<p>I think that's it. My GPA's not that great, but hopefully my test scores make up for it partially?</p>

<p>Oh, and my sister attends Chapel Hill. She's a rising senior (4 years older) and in the honors program (also an officer of her sorority, go Alpha Chi!). Again, Thank you thank you thank you!</p>

<p>I think you have a pretty fair shot. Having your sister there, a legacy, really will help you a lot.</p>

<p>I don’t think the legacy is going to help you THAT much. It’s definitely not going to hurt you, but it’s not going to completely make your acceptance either. That being said, I think you have a good chance, regardless.</p>

<p>I didn’t think so either; especially since my sister’s the first in our family to attend and she’s not an alumni yet. But thanks anyways. My fingers are crossed!</p>
