My Chances- Please Help!

Any insight would be much appreciated- thank you!

Basic info- white female, from Kentucky (I'm hoping maybe that is one thing that might help me...), top ranked (not top 10 but close to it) boarding school on east coast

SAT- 2300 out of 2400, 1560 out of 1600
GPA- 4.0
AP Scores
Eng comp-5
Eng lit-5
Envi Sci-5
AB Calc-5
Gov Pol US-4
Bio-3
Studio Art 2D-3

National Merit commendation, AP Scholar with honors

Current Courses and estimated current grades
Hon. Multivariable/Vector Calculus- 93
AP Econ (Macro and Micro)- 90
AP Physics C-93
AP Spanish Lit- 92
Independent study in English (placed out of my school's courses)- 95
Independent study in conceptual contemporary art

Extracurricular Highlights- my more complete resume demonstrates in more detail that I've put a lot of time and effort into all of these things:
Student government president
Environmental club co-president
School's Literary and Fine Arts magazine editor-in-chief
Community service committee chair (plus a lot of service hours)
Faculty appointed English tutor (4hrs+/wk) and Calculus tutor (2hrs+/wk)

Will be submitting an art portfolio of my paintings- have won prizes in juried shows- also have a pretty full resume of art related involvement and activities

Work experience- Summer jobs waiting tables past three summers

Two summers of Spanish immersion home stays in Spain

And I have two very strong teacher recs as well as what I have been told is an impressive and original common app essay.

I think you might have a 50-50 chance, but I would attempt to get the SAT at the 2350+ level by taking the Dec test. Also, if you show a strong passion in one area that corroborates your EC accomplishments/commitments (i.e. Student Gov’t), that would increase your chances.

Also, try posting this in the regular thread (not the class threads). You will receive many more replies there.

And if you haven’t already, try this thread to gauge your statistics/accomplishments against those who were admitted/waitlisted/denied last year:

Go ahead and apply and see what happens! you’re definitely competitive. The only way you’ll know your chances is by applying and seeing what happens

Thank you, that’s good advice.
