Extracurricular Highlights- my more complete resume demonstrates in more detail that I've put a lot of time and effort into all of these things:
Student government president
Environmental club co-president
School's Literary and Fine Arts magazine editor-in-chief
Community service committee chair (plus a lot of service hours)
Faculty appointed English tutor (4hrs+/wk) and Calculus tutor (2hrs+/wk)

Will be submitting an art portfolio of my paintings- have won prizes in juried shows- also have a pretty full resume of art related involvement and activities

Work experience- Summer jobs waiting tables past three summers

Two summers of Spanish immersion home stays in Spain

And I have two very strong teacher recs as well as what I have been told is an impressive and original common app essay.

I think you have a good chance, haha believe it or not, I think being from Kentucky will help you a lot. And keep up the grades in Multivar/Lin Alg, the average incoming freshman has already taken/aced those classes. Best of luck!

Thank you!
