<p>if you ask me a few months ago, i’d say Berkeley is a match.
i just don’t know any more. too many of my classmates didn’t make Berkeley this year.
if i were you, i would to EA at U of M. since you are from Michigan.</p>

admissions to Berkeley are getting harder every year. 12 out of 14 people in my high school who applied got rejected even with perfect GPA’s and 2100~2250 SAT score. I’d say with a 3.9 UW GPA you’d have a better chance but still try to raise that even more, especially because you’re Asian (I’m also Korean but international, and I got in this year and trust me, its a lot harder for us Asians)</p>

<p>But otherwise your ec’s look pretty extensive so I wouldn’t worry about that part of the app. make sure you write killer essays and always ask your teachers and counsellors to check them. good luck!</p>
