Essays should be good. It’s the only thing I was satisfied with on my SAT score lol.

I admittedly struggle with the reading section but have scored around 750 Math both times when taking the PSAT and knew I blew the section as soon as I took the SAT. Took it cold and while not enrolled in a math class. Knew I could do the problems just couldn’t remember how!

Taking September ACT and October Sub Tests, both with prep course! Much more comfordtable with ACT! Probably take SAT 1 once more as well. I KNOW WF DOESNT REQUIRE SAT/ACT, BUT I THINK I CAN GET IT UP TO AN IMPRESSIVE MARK. IF NOT, I WONT SUBMIT.

I would say you have a great chance of getting accepted. Hopefully your SAT scores will go up. If you are serious about Wake Forest, make sure you visit if you haven't already, and interview. Good Luck!

Thanks Elizabeth! Yes, I visited last year and loved the campus and it really made me want to apply. Although WF wont be my first choice school that I apply to ED (Duke), it is definitely close behind and would be a great school to attend if other plans do not work out.

*I am by no means calling WF a safety school as i know it is very selective and I am in no way a sure thing. I realize I could definitely be rejected. But do most of you feel confident that I have a better than average chance of being admitted to WF? Thanks to all that give an opinion!
