If I can not get into sdsu or any ucs or cu, should I go to a community college in CA San Diego then transfer to sdsu or another csu?
My #1 schools are SDSU, CSUSanta Barbara, and CSULA. My goal is to move to CA from NJ.
Thanks guys!!

Ignore CSU Santa Barbara. That’s not a real school. My bad.

You need to calculate your UC/CSU GPA: http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
OOS applicants get extra Honors points for AP/IB courses only 10-11th grade.

For UC’s, you need a minimum UC/CSU GPA of 3.4. to apply. If you make the cutoff, UC Merced and Riverside would be you only good chances. UCSB has an average UC GPA of 4.05 and SAT of 1932.

For SDSU, you need to calculate your eligiblity index (EI).
(CSU/UC GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR). For Bio or any competitive major, you want an EI of 4100+.
