My chances to following college....PLZ HELP....

<p>Hi, I'm a Korea born in America with full US Citizenship
I studied in China for high school and my GPA using UC calculator is 3.46 (Which excludes my freshman year)</p>

<p>With freshman year however, my GPA is 3.13 unweighted and 3.3 weighted. </p>

<p>My SAT 1 so far is 1860
I have AP Scores of:
Biology 3
Studio Art 3
Chinese 4</p>

<p>and am still planning to take 3 more APs during my senior year</p>

<p>I have really strong 10 extracurricular activities and have 300+ Community Service hours</p>

<p>With 3.46 will I have chance of getting accepted to any UCs?</p>

<p>With 3.13 unweighted and 3.3 weighted, will I have chance of getting accepted to:
University of Colorado - Boulder
Georgia Tech
Penn State</p>
