My Chances to get into Berkeley?

Hey guys, I am a Junior at an outstanding High School in FLorida and would love to get the opinion of others about my chances of getting in:

State [Unweighted] Cumulative GPA: 3.8444 (4.0 scale)
Academic Core GPA: 4.25
Weighted Cumul. GPA: 4.7667
Class Ranking: 3 out of 308
Test Scores: I have not yet taken the SAT nor the ACT, but I am sure my sat scores will range from 1900-200, and my SAT will be about 28.

I also do a few activities, but those aren't important. Are my grades good enough? :(

Your grades are strong, but will need to have your SAT/ACT strong as well. The test scores you have listed as to what you expect will not be in the ballpark of their expectations and may cause you to be not accepted.
Once you cross the first hurdle-grades/SAT/ACT - then they typically will have a holistic approach--and your ecs, and essays will play a more prominent role. You are asking good questions. Good Luck!

Thanks! I didn't know the scale for the ACT! LOL. I haven't taken the tests as yet, but I am sure I will do well. :D

Your grades are likely fine. The SAT score can use a little bump though. Keep up the good work and you should have a decent shot!

Do well on the SAT...2200+ preferably

If you haven't taken the SAT, there's no need to worry.

Come back when you take the SAT and we'll start worrying.

I agree with UCLAri and raza999. The rest of your stats are pretty good.

"I also do a few activities, but those aren't important."

No. They are important, in both admit decisions and responses for chances you get on these boards. =)

Also, since you're OOS, you'll need to have a really awesome application.
