My chances to get into the University of Arizona

<p>I am a soophmore in high shool and my dream is to go to the university of arizona I am a in state student my freshman year was not great first semmester. I got a 2.83 unweighted GPA 3.0 weighted GPA second semmester was better I recived a 3.0 unweighted GPA and a 3.17 weighted GPA. I had alot going on my freshman year the first semmester of sophmore year was better I recived a 3.33 unweighted and a 3.5 weighted so right now i have a 3.22 weighted GPA overall and a 3.05 unweighted GPA overall my GPA is only going up though and I hope to have at least a 3.4 unweighted overall by the end of junior year. I also picked a pretty tough schdual for next year I will be taking</p>

AP US history
Dual enrollment langage arts (intro to lit 110/111)
Dual enrollment spanish
Dual enrollment psychology
Algabra 3-4</p>

<p>Dual enollment credits are compleatly transferable to UofA also I ran track my freshman year however i will not run track. This year I am looking to do alot of volenteer work over the summer and I am hoping to have a summer job as well. I would like to go into pre med at UofA I really enjoy science. Plese right back thank you!</p>

<p>It shouldn’t be to hard to get into U of A if you are in-state. I read in my student handbook that if you are in the top 20% of class in an AZ high school you are admitted unconditionally to get into any AZ public school.</p>

<p>I go to a very large school and I am not in the top 20% of my class right now</p>

<p>My handbook also says you’re in if you get a 22 on the ACT.</p>

<p>(Can’t remember what it said for the SAT)</p>
