My chances to get into UCI?

Hey I'm currently a junior in school and I'm already freaking out about applying for colleges. Can someone tell me my chances to being admitted into UCI with my academics?
Also looking into: UCSD, SDSU, UCSB, CSULB

Weighted GPA: 3.9
UC/CSU GPA: 3.5
SAT Scores: ~1700-2000
ACT: Haven't taken yet. Should I take it?

Former IB student from freshmen to sophomore year. Currently in some AP classes for junior and soon to be senior year.

Extra Curricular:
Key Club - 4 Years
Solutions Club - 2 Years
College Club - 4 Years
Chemistry Club - 1 Year
ASB - 2 Years
Varsity Swim Team - 3 Years
Junior Varsity Wrestling - 1 Year
Peer Tutor
Mentor for my young cousins
Student Leader for my old CJSF club in my middle school

I sound like a pretty average student, and on the collegeboard website, talent/ability are said to be put into consideration, does it matter?

Can you please tell me which other colleges to look into with my stats? I definitely want to go to a four-year university or Cal State. Community college will be my very last resort. And staying in Southern California is important to me to.

How is your SAT score around 1700~2000? Your uc gpa is a bit low. And it’s way too late to take the ACT’s now because the score should have been sent by January.

You’ll get into a cal state for sure though. But acceptance letters for cal state should probably be out by now. I’ve received it from LB, Pomona, and Obispo

I’m only a junior in high school right now, meaning I’ll start applying later this fall.

Ohhhh sorry! I didn’t read that! Lol. I took both SAT and ACT and to me, i got a MUCHHHHHHH better score on the ACT. I mean its not superb but its better than my SAT score. Try taking both and see which test is for you =) Finish well in junior year b/c it is super important. i remember trying really hard and i got 4.5 gpa both weighted for each sem in junior year which boosted my uc gpa a lot
