My Chances to Johns Hopkins ED & UCs

<p>I'm an asian male from California, looking to apply to Johns Hopkins ED.
Also doing the UCs. UCLA, Berkeley, UCSD. Already got into Davis through ELC.</p>

<p>I have a 3.91 unweighted GPA. 4.8 weighted. 4.35 UC GPA.
Somewhere in top 4% of my class. I only know this because I got ELC.
First SAT was 2120. The new one is 2210. 800CR/700M/710W</p>

<p>SAT II
740 US History
780 Chemistry
660 Math2C, taking it again in November.</p>

<p>AP
5 Chemistry
5 US History
5 Biology
2 Latin- I didn't really care for this class.
I'm taking 5 more APs this year, US Gov, Econ, Calc AB, Physics B, English Lang</p>

<p>Honors
I have few medals from National Latin Exams.
Medal in Track&Field.
Math Honor Society.
Latin Honor Society.
California Scholarship Federation.
AP Scholar.</p>

Hospital volunteering. -3yrs
Cross Country/JV -4yrs
Track&Field/Frosh/Soph -2yrs
Church activities.
Latin Club. -3yrs
Work experience.</p>

<p>My rec letters are good.
My essays are strong.</p>

<p>So what are my chances?</p>

<p>In terms of the UC's
You have a great shot at all of them, the only reason I am a tad doubtful is because of your EC's which seem to matter to some of the higher level UC's ie CAL and UCLA, however i do believe they will let you slide...</p>

<p>JHU, on the contrary will peg you for the extra-currics...</p>

<p>ya, I agree. My ECs are pretty mediocre.<br>
