<p>What are my chances of getting into engineering with</p>

<p>SAT1 : 1950 ( 710M, 640CR, 600W)
SATII : 780 Math, 640 Chem
GPA : 3.6 (unweighted) ( high school in Northern CA)
EC: school clubs, voluntary work in a church, piano player</p>

<p>I am interested EE and BME majors.</p>

<p>Well, you don't mention how many honors courses you took--but presuming you took at least 4 year-long AP or IB honors courses, then I rate you as:</p>

<p>UCSD--match to slight reach (probably match is more accurate--though engineering is one of the toughest majors to get into)
UCD-safe match to match</p>

<p>This presumes your ECs are okay as well.</p>
