I also accept suggestions on colleges to apply
I know that what you tell me doesn't matter much, but I'm just curious

Use the UC Statfinder link and plug in your GPA and SAT scores to see your “chances” at the various UC’s by going into the “Custom Tables” section (link listed below):

[University of California: StatFinder](http://statfinder.ucop.edu/)

In my opinion, your class rank, GPA, and lack of EC’s will hurt your chances to some extent at Rice, Cornell, CMU, and USC. By all means apply anyway and see what happens. Your SAT I and II’s are obviously very strong. I would make sure you have a safety school on your list also, just in case.

You’ve listed all low to high reaches. Look into UC Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara.

Preemptively, I just want to say that it would be difficult to get into any college with NO extracurricular activities, simply because you show your passion through extracurricular activities.
Honestly though, what did you do with your time if you didn’t have any EC’s at all? W/out EC’s and no reason for not having EC’s, you have nice numbers (SAT’s, some AP’s) but no real character. I don’t actually know anything about these specific colleges, but my advice would be to write really good essays or you won’t be able to let your character shine through all of the other apps.

Might look at some LAC’s like Bowdoin, Holy Cross, and Davidson.
