It is hard to predict acceptances during the second round. It is more competitive. There are fewer “slots” as many have already paid both housing and tuition deposits and admissions has a good idea how many from the first round will attend.

What was your strength of schedule? Honors? AP? DE?

Agreed, sunny. Hard to say.

3 APs 2 Honors
I didnt take many electives though. Most of my schedule has been filled with math, science, and language. I feel as though im borderline for FSU, UCF, and USF but hopefully i can get accepted into one. Im considering applying to another florida school as a safety. Maybe UWF, FGCU, UNF, FAU. Any thoughts?

I think your in for USF, probably in for UCF or FSU summer not fall. FAU is a good choice as they have rolling admission but hurry, all Florida schools get harder to get into the later you apply.

Take FSU (Summer) over all the others you mentioned if you are accepted.

summer admission would be best case scenario but im planning for the worst right now. Ill probably end up at either FAU, FGCU, or UWF and transfer after a year. Opinions?

^Why would that be the best case scenario? You don’t think your application presented you as a academic well rounded student? I know it seems hard to tell know that it’s more competitive, but you have to be optimistic. We can predict and give you our opinions all day but you know YOU better than we do. Ultimately the decision is your choice? Good luck! :)
