my chances?

<p>Hello, I would like to receive your opinions on my chances. Thank you in advance.</p>

<p>GPA; 3.2 UW / 3.25 W</p>

<p>SAT: 1960
-Critical Reading: 620
-Math: 700
-Writing: 640</p>

<p>My school does not rank.
My school, Darien High School, is a US News "Silver Medal" school.</p>

<p>AP/Advanced Courses Taken:
Biology
Computer Science
Advanced Programming
Economics</p>

<p>My intended major is computer science.</p>

<p>I will have 3 letters of recommendation (guidance counselor, club advisor, computer science teacher).</p>

<p>Extracurricular Activities:
-I have participated in a few school programming competitions at universities such as Quinnipiac. Our team placed well.
-Member of Support Our Soldiers Club for 2 years.
-I am starting to volunteer at Person to Person this year and expect to have 50 hours of volunteer work by application time.
-Member of computer club for 4 years.
-My work experience: Bus boy for 2 years at local restaurant.</p>

<p>Other information:
-I will be applying for financial aid
-I am white</p>

<p>not gonna lie…probably not ALL that good…ur SAT math is average with RPI (maybe even a little below)…overall, the SATs could be a tad higher…GPA isn’t too high for RPI…it’s good that you have AP courses in comp sci since thats ur intended major…but almost everybody that applies to RPI has taken a lotta AP classes…usually AP Calc and physics, which u dont have…</p>

<p>i wouldn’t say ur getting rejected though…it’s probably a high match to low reach for you…</p>
