Please let me know, and thank you in advance. I'll chance you as well if you reply? (:

I feel your pain, man. I’m a low test scorer myself. Bit its not the end of the world. Those tests are BS compared to the tough curriculum you have. I think you have good chances, but in your essays you should let them know about you as a person. They’re looking for a good person with a special interest and not just good numbers. That’s what a lot of people at CC fail to understand. If you write good essays and have good letters of rec, you will be alright.

Thanks a lot. Right now I know I’ll have good recommendations: one from my tennis coach / english teacher and another from my chemistry teacher who liked me. I feel like they’ll both write good things about me. Also I love writing, so I’, fairly confident about my essay.

…

My opinion: Rutgers, Villanova, Delaware, Bucknell, and Drexell will be acceptances.
Duke, Brown, and Cornell will be very challenging based off of your stats. All in all, I would not be worried with your resume. Dont waste your time with Ivies, apply to schools such as UNC-Chapel hill or UCLA. Good luck and keep up the motivation! Chance me?? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1366605-boston-college-transfer.html

Thanks for the input. Quite honestly, I’m a mess in regards to deciding where to apply. I don’t know what schools to consider or anything.

…

Sidenote, I got my AP score just today!

I got a 3 on Physics C: Mechanics. I was hoping for a 4, but whatever.

I am not familiar with Rutgers, Villanova, Drexel, and such, but I think that the higher end schools-Duke, Upenn, Brown, and Cornell would be a reach for you. You probably shouldn’t take math 1, but just math 2 for SAT subject test. Also, you should def. try the ACT, i got a bad score on the SAT my first time, but I tried the SAT and got 34 my first sitting. Your ECs are good though

I tried the ACT* and got a 34 my first sitting
