<p>I`m brazilian and intend to join a graduate school in the USA.</p>
<p>Would like to know my chances as a PhD candidate to a Political Science programme.</p>
<p>I never submitted to GRE scores. BA in Law. Got a masters in constitutional law. My GPA - BA (0-10): 9,35 and MPhil (0-10): 9,1.</p>
<p>Toefl: OK.</p>
<p>My targets are the top 5 universities (specially Ivy League).</p>
<p>My chances?</p>
