My chances?

Hey, I'm kinda curious as to my chances into getting into some of my choice colleges. I'm currently a junior...

Ethnicity: Korean (East Asian)
Gender: Male
State: Virginia
GPA (This year, Quarter II): 3.57(UW), 3.71 (W)
SAT I: 800 M/700 V/670 W (Essay-9)
SAT II: Chemistry - 760 (Taking Math SAT II (C) in June)
Class rank: My school doesn't release it in order to "reduce the stresses exerted on students due to the competition it advocates." Psh. Yeah, like that's working.

Current APs:
Chemistry
English (Literature and Composition)

Planned APs for next year:
English (Language and Composition)
Spanish (Language)
Calculus BC
Computer Science AB
Physics C
(Maybe) US/VA Government

Extracurriculars/honors:
Tae Kwon Do (9, 10, 11, 12, 2nd Degree Black Belt)
Volunteer work at Reston Hospital Center (10, 11, 12)
Intel ISEF Science Fair (9, 10, 11, maybe 12, won first place in my subject this year, maybe going to reigonal competition...)
CyberNet Club (9, 10, 11, 12, possible presidency next year)
Animation and Cartooning Club (11, 12)
Inner-city Missions Trip with church (10, maybe 12)

I am interested in Johns Hopkins (My parents have a bit of property there, probably allowing me to get the in-state rate...I hope...), U.Penn, University of Virginia, University of Illinois, and, if all else fails, Virginia Tech. Would I be able to get into these schools, ideally?

I'm interested in getting a major in Biomedical Engineering or double-majoring Computer Science with another (I haven't decided which yet). Any suggestions for other colleges I might be interested in?

Lastly, should I re-take my SATs (If so, either or both)?

Thank you!!

retake = yes
BUT...you gotta know ur stats are a little above average and that there are WAAAAAAAY too many Asians so gettin into a some of the schools u mentioned may be based more on probability/luck rather than merit if u kno what i mean etc...

edit: ISEF might just work to your favor, but u have to kno...science fairs are getting less and less popular with colleges...and they'll hate ur verbal while comparing too

Does JHU have an in state rate? Iwsn't it totally private?

based on your gpa and sat's, i think upenn is a huge reach, and jhu is a reach as well
