My Chances?

I have already posted a post before, but I have added several different things to my application...

I have a 3.75 ish GPA and a 3.95 weighted I believe.

Have been doing swimming for 2 years (junior and senior years)
Have been doing track for 2 years (junior and senior years)
Have been in the most advanced math program in our school
I have been improving my grades since freshmen year (I really messed up freshman year and received a 3.5 GPA, but during my junior and senior year, which were the years of my IB Diploma, I have been averaging a 3.95 unweighted).
I do not know my class rank, so how much will that affect my chances?

I want to get into Georgia Tech, University of Washington, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, USC, UCLA, or Berkeley. All answers will be appreciated!!

UWA: Safety
UIUC: Low match/Match
USC: Match
Berkeley: Match
UCLA: Match
GA tech: Low match/Match

There are no reaches on this list.

Match to low reach for all schools except uwa which is low match.
If I were you, I would not report the ACT score if possible.

I actually live in washington, so how does that affect my chances of getting selected into uw
