It is already combined.

Your test scores are going to be the only real damper on your application. Your senior course load is fine to me, but admissions might give you a harder time depending on your major. Everything else seems to fit.
I’d say about middle to upper middle match.

They might even be reaches if you applied to a science/math related major simply because of your test scores. Don’t worry too much though, I’d say you still have a pretty good chance because of your extracurriculars.
