why don't you stand a chance at Caltech or Berkley?
JEEZ get some self-esteem! with a great GPA like you have, there is no stopping you from achieving greatness!
hey and good work on the tests!
Best of luck!

Don't fool yourself about Caltech and Rice. Both would be big reaches for you. On the other hand, if you are interested in computer science, you should investigate Carnegie Mellon University. It has one of the best comp sci programs in the US. The school, from what I've heard, likes foreign students, and your GPA and SAT scores would make a you a competitive applicant there.

You can also look at the Turing Scholars Honors program at UT Austin. It would be a match for you and UT Austin is amazing for Computer Science.

"Undergraduate students should be prepared to finance the entire period of proposed study from personal funds or funds from other sources, as there is no financial aid for which a prospective international undergraduate student may apply." ( UT Austin) :(
