<p>what would be my chances at wharton (penn), georgetown, hofstra, and other schools... i also hav legacy at MIT, Harvard, and Princeton. My dad is an interview for Harvard... (if that helps???)</p>

<p>ur a freshman? let me guess, u did bad freshman year-got some C's/D's and ur hoping to redeem yourself from ur lowish gpa? if all goes as planned, which is very unlikely to occur, u still have a chance.Work really hard later on, you dont have to get 4.0's, but just have a good upward trend (3.7, 3.9, 4.0). I really dont think you could get into HYPSM, though. if ur freshman gpa was higher like a 3.6/3.7 than u would have more of a chance.</p>

<p>And one thing- DONT plan your grades/stats, u might end up getting differnt grades, or invloved with different things.</p>

<p>Don't tke the SAT II chinese if you don't plan on getting a 800. If you get anything less colleges will think you are an idiot who doesn't understand there own language. If you do get an 800 colleges won't care since you speak it at home.</p>

<p>i already took the chinese sat 2's last year in november... and im adopted , my parents are caucasian...</p>
