I think this is pretty much it. My SAT score isn't out yet, but im expecting somewhere around 2200. Im taking SAT 2's this june. My school recommended me to go to boys state over the summer. Does that help at all? Also, would the fact that i'm bilingual help? I'm actually more proficient in Korean and English. I'm interested in international relations or business so I'm currently thinking about Georgetown. Any other schools to recommend and what chances would I have for those schools?

Your grades aren't that bad, man. If you do score around a 2200 on your SATs, with your awards and ECs, I believe you have a pretty solid shot at GTown. You might also want to consider George Washington and American. I just visited GW's new business building and is it ever sweet. Pair that with the D.C. location and you've got everything you're looking for. I believe GW would be a safe-match for you. American would be a safety.

Speaking an east Asian language means nothing unless you're not east Asian.

Do you need financial aid? If you aren't a US citizen/permanent resident admissions will be very difficult.

You appear to be more humanities oriented, which is somewhat uncommon amoung Asians. This may help you a little bit.

Georgetown should be a match. Penn's Wharton would be great, but it would certainly be a far reach. Additionally, top schools such as the Ivies started giving financial aid to non-residents in 2005, so even if you need financial aid it shouldn't be a problem should you get into a top school. (I do not know what Georgetown's fin-aid status is for non-residents, though.)

Your upward trend post-immigration will be noticed favorably by all but the most dense admissions committees.

i'm a US citizen
