dats pretty much it
i still have one whole year to work towards it, how do you think about it? what is my chance?

thank you!

Exactly you still have time. The fact that your school does not offer AP courses would not hurt you per se. IF you take the hardest courses offered in your school then you would be fine. But remember that you can easily go to a local college and take some college classes. That would look good on your college application. Don't put the bar that high for your expected SAT grades, because if you don't reach it, you will be unhappy. Make it reasonable. Then if you get higher that that level then you will feel like you accomplished a big feat. You have good grades. 2000 people is not a lot of people for a school. My school has nearly 5000. Which undergraduate college in Penn are you thinking about applying to?

There's no need to take both math SATIIs.

thanks theworld8905
i'm thinking about wharton, you?

about community college, do you just go and apply? like when do you go there?
is it expensive? does it matter if the college is kind of bad?

username321
can you suggest something else for me to take?
i only take chemistry in school for science and i live in canada so there's no us history

Why are you taking four to begin with? But if you insist, why not take the chem satII?

will it be too hard?
i mean all i will have is the thing taught in our school
i do a lot of math on my own, but i dont really do much science

if i only do one math but 2 languages, i'm afraid the chinese one will look kinda cheap since i am from china?

An 800 Chinese is certainly nice, but if you're a native speaker, it wouldn't be as impressive as an 800 from someone who isn't native. That's just my take on it though. I think you should focus on Math and French for your SAT2 tests.

I agree with legendofmax regarding the language tests... and I just emailed my regional admissions officer with the same question about native speakers of a language taking that same SAT II, she said that PENN looks at your top-two scores, so you might as well have an 800 in your bag than take something else and get a lower score.
