My Chances?

I'm currently a male Junior at a regular public High School.
I have a 3.8 GPA Unweighted.
Top 5% of my class. (No official ranking)
I'm going to get AT LEAST 1900+ on the SAT. Plus I can always retake.

I have a job so I don't get much time to do volunteer work.... Will they understand?
I have made a website
- Taught myself graphics design
- Taught myself PHP/SQL programming
I swim year-round for a USA Swim Club.

Varsity High School Swimmer.
Beat a school record.

All-America Swimmer (Nationals)
I swim faster than most Stanford swimmers except a few of the Stanford Seniors.

Now I'm wondering if GPA and SATI/II scores need to be the "best in the world" to get into Stanford... Do they? Or can I get in on athletics?
Stanford has a really nice education program and a wonderful swim team... I'd really like to see if I could make it.

Try to get recruited for swimming (I am not sure how it's done).

Nothing else in your profile is very impressive...

The swimming, though, is very impressive. Props to you from a fellow swimmer..

If you're really that good at swimming, it's a good idea to use that for colleges; have many schools come forward asking to recruit you?
